Reason: This artist has two handles, Derrysome and Deliveredmean42. Deliveredmean42 is the name of the artist's DA handle as well as their Patreon URL, but the DA page has been inactive for a while (last post was made early 2021) and the amount of art posted on DA is much smaller throughout the year. The FA page, called Derrysome, is the artist's most active posting location with most of all of their art being posted there. Their Twitter handle is also called Derrysome and is actively updated with new art as well.

This alias request is mostly being made to consolidate the artists tags. By the current count, there are about 40~ posts under the derrysome tag and about 10~ posts under the deliveredmean42 tag. Since Derrysome is the most used tag and the accounts called Derrysome are most used, I think that this is enough reason to alias deliveredmean42's tag to derrysome.

I do note that he actually has a deliveredmean42 Twitter (linked from DA Bio -> YouTube About -> Twitter), but he doesn't seem to post art there. The Derrysome Twitter has all the art.
