remove implication thong (41286) -> clothing (2327339)
create implication thong_only (1256) -> underwear_only (26184)
create implication thong_only (1256) -> thong (41286)
Reason: Since thongs are underwear, the tag already implies clothing indirectly.

The thong_only implications have also been suggested in topic #31966. And the thong implication removal has been suggested in topic #30983 (by you even) and topic #29719.
