I included only the tags that already existed, since trying to use inexistent tags in BURs may cause failure at the time of approval. If other *_around_one_leg and/or *_around_legs tags are created before that, I'll add them.

If this BUR passes, should there be a larger tag that encompasses both [clothing]_around_legs/one_leg?
