Reason: The British flag is the Union Jack.

I thought of having british_flag be an umbrella tag for the different flags of countries that make up the UK, but there isn't a single post with english_flag tagged.

We have flag_of_england, scottish_flag, welsh_flag but the England and Wales tags seem very underutilized. Either way I think british_flag -> union_jack works best.

edit: moved flag_of_england to english_flag to be in line with the others. Going to also look around and see if I can find any posts missing the tag because I find it pretty unlikely there's actually only 3 posts with the English flag.
