The bulk update request #647 is active.
remove implication comparing_penis (2173) -> penis (1698079)
Reason: Because, as this post shows, sometimes characters are obviously comparing penises, but you can't actually see any penis.

Because they are comparing penises with is questionable since yiou can't see the penises but since the tag penis is linked, it makes things explicit even though it's not. (My brain hurts)
Okay, let me rephrase that, if these two were looking down at their "penises", would it qualify for the looking_at_penis tag?
And if the characters in this post were holding their censored penises, would it qualify for the hand_on_penis/penis_grab/holding_penis tag?
If so, each of these tags would need to be unimplicated with penis as well.

Then should those post be marked as questionable or explicit?
I would say that these posts would not qualify as comparing_penises as there is no penis to even compare with.
For all I know, they could be comparing hot dogs or pussy size down there. It's better to tag it with just comparing and censor_bar, or if there is one, comparing_censor_bar.
