Requested feature overview description.
Add "Reverse Yandex Search" to every post's "Related" section (lower left corner)

Why would it be useful?
Because Yandex often finds sources that other image searches don't.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?

e621 is already using Yandex analytics, so why not their reverse image search, too?
