Reason: Almost the same name

EDIT: The tag alias cum_dump -> cum_dumpster (forum #247729) has been approved by @bitWolfy.

+1 but cum_dumpster appears to be well maintained in a way cum_dump isn't, so a quick pass through the tag to knock out posts where there's no explicit tells to indicate it's not just a bondagey-gangbang, cum inflation, etc should be done first.

+1 to this alias, as well as adding cumdump to the alias. There are 11 posts as of June 10th 2019, and I'll correctly tag the ones that are public_use cum_dumpsters, and give the other ones appropriate cum tags.
