Looking at the wiki pages, three of the four examples for poking out, the clothing equivelant, have an entire penis. Couldn't we use the penis tip tag as an umbrella for both, where it's just a smaller portion sticking out, whether of the sheath, slit, or clothing?

Perhaps, though that would require a retagging effort of all posts under poking_out that would qualify for penis_tip. It appears that at least some of those that fall under both are already tagged with both, so I don't know that retagging/removing poking_out would be beneficial as both apply to some posts. Nor could either imply the other with the way they're currently written. Looking at this now, maybe partially_sheathed isn't entirely redundant since not every penis_tip comes from a sheath, so it could be used as a specific subset of penis_tip. Still, searching penis_tip and sheath together is easy enough. Eh, I'll leave it to the community and the mods to decide what to do with it. Thanks for sparking some interest thought though! I should probably make forum threads early in the day instead of just before bed, easier to consider multiple angles then.

Poking_out specifically should refer to clothing, and penis tip specifically should refer to a sheath or genital_slit, according to the wikis.
The only confusion might come from a weapon sheath, but that would be under a sheath discussion

As an update, I think partially_sheathed should get a disambiguation, as there are three possible tags that it could mean: Penis_tip when only the tip is showing, knot_in_sheath which has the main shaft erect but the sheath still covering the knot which I guess is the sheath-equivalent of Partially_retracted_foreskin, and fully_erect_inside_sheath where erection and fully_sheathed can coexist.
