Aliasing nipple_outline → nipple_bulge

Reason:

nipple_outline looks like it is an old tag that has been replaced with nipple_bulge, however there is still a wiki page up for it. This could make people mistakenly think that nipple_outline is the tag to use. Aliasing it away would solve this.

If it’s possible, the wiki page for nipple_outline can just be deleted.

At the risk of repeating myself from forum #266997:

The majority of *_bulge tags (e.g. abdominal_bulge, cheek_bulge, neck_bulge) refer to parts of the body protruding via penetration/insertion etc.

The *_outline tags (with the exception of body_outline) all apply to an imprint of the body part specifically through clothing.

This will make "nipples-protruding-through-clothing" more consistent with similar tags.

That makes sense. Both of their wikis say the same thing and I saw one tag with 0 posts and the other with 12,000 posts, so that was my logic. However, for the sake of consistency I like your idea better.
