I don't think armor is considered clothing by site tagging standards? But I'm unsure.

Not sure either, but I think it counts as 'clothing'.
Because that's the best fit. If someone's wearing armor, they're certainly not nude. And it has to be tagged as something, therefore clothed.

And flak jackets and such make it hard to draw a line between 'armor' and 'clothing'.
