Reason:

someone's sweeping through the site adding this to all the button's mom posts. never heard this name an google doesnt show anything. source posts leave her either unnamed or as "button's_mom". 34 posts and counting.

It appears that Derpibooru aliased their "Button's Mom" tag to Cream Heart. Or, if someone is more familiar with Derpibooru, make sense of this for me... I am unfamiliar with the site.

Nonetheless, it appears that they're acting on Derpi's information.
