But beyond that, I'm not easily scared. I suppose I'm desensitized to most things, since I've been reading horror fiction (starting with Geisterjäger John Sinclair) ever since I was a kid.

Now... I had the displeasure of wandering into a certain YouTube video a few days ago. That was the first time I've ever been too squicked out from the uncanny valley to prematurely quit any bit of content. Having read the description and the comments first, I decided to cut my losses before the real fun started :/. I even showed it to my RL gore- + guro-loving friend, whom I've linked some stuff mentioned in these forums that he rated as "weak" and "8/10" (lol...), and the video exceeded his tolerance for the "wtf." Godspeed to the curious.

thats why i can't do that The End map in minecraft (and don't play the game much anymore, that and single player mode is quite lonely). :/ if that map wasn't simply a nearly empty, endless void of pure darkness, i could probably go through it no problem but since thats what it is it tends to freak me out every single time i try to fight the dragon there (only ever managed that once sadly).

space is a endless dark void but its populated by the countless dots of light known as stars, that doesn't bother me at all. just a big empty void though... no thanks.

There's an insect, I call it a moosefly, its real name I don't know. It's body and wing shape look just like a horsefly, but it's grey and easily 3-4 times as large, and bites ten times as hard. Feels like being shot by a pellet gun. That is the only bug that scares me.

For some reason when I read yours I immediately pictured a fat person jumping out and scaring someone on the top of a building making them fall over the edge.

Jump scares are relaxing; they release all the tension.

What's really scary is atmosphere; somethings give you such a chill, they crawl straight down into your soul, make themselves a nice, dark hole and linger there for a long time.

Get it on film if you have a webcam or something, upload it to something you access remotely (google drive or something) and bring it to the attention of the police. They tend to take threats (especially when they are repeated over multiple days) very seriously.

Yeah, I'm kinda already at the bottom of the family reputation. I mean the old relatives already call me "freaky". Besides I don't think its that serious unless she is having her period which is when i move in with a friend for a while. I mean its a free place to live so i can save for nicer things... (like an ambulance)
