In such a case, it'd be a case by case basis. If it was done in good faith, maybe not warning.

I recommend that you check the History of the wiki page. I provided a properly informative page, but the owner of the character insisted on placing his copyright information everywhere (He always likes bragging and boasting about how the character is owned by him, because it didn't used to.)

Yeah, the guy is absolutely obsessed with this character. Version 2 is definitely the best one.
