pretty sure you mean alias? either way if its the proper word i don't see why not. it should imply multi balls as well, of course

that is like. incredibly obscure word. also the standard is *number*_*body part*

so make it alias and reverse it.

Except it's not "Four," so an alias would be a bad idea. The prefix "Poly" just means "many," which can be anything from three up. According to Wikipedia, the most common form is three testicles, not four.

Multi_ball is an existing tag, so an alias from polyorchid-ism could work, yes.

Specific counts are useful, though. I say imply the count, but alias the term.
