Reason:

They're the same thing.

Also alias miko → miko_(disambiguation). Somebody made it a character tag, but several characters wearing miko outfits also exist under the tag.

EDIT: The tag alias shrine_maiden -> miko_outfit (forum #229497) has been rejected by @Rainbow_Dash.

-1. Implicate Miko_Outfit -> Shrine_uniform. There are some uniforms which are pure white or pure red, as well, while the Miko is white higher and red lower/overwear. Alias Shrine_Maiden -> shrine_outfit.

Going to second this, it looks like maid got folded into maid_uniform due to a similar justification.

I would also just alias miko as well, since it's no longer a character tag.

Not supporting this, miko outfits aren't entirely standardized themselves, especially in some popular media featuring miko. Plus, neither shrine_uniform or shrine_outfit is a currently used tag.
