@Ratte: ah right now I understand, misunderstood what was meant by "base". is this rule gonna be enforced on all old pics or just news stuff being submitted?

@Peekaboo: If I find anything I will deal with them, as this has been the actual rule for a number of years but not properly enforced until recently. :|
