@Tigerkitty: paint.net, pixlr, Microsoft Paint, GIMP, inkscape, etc are all free programs to make art. Your options are not limited, just do some research

@Tigerkitty: The point is that there are several other programs available for pretty much every platform.

@Tigerkitty: For a start, use a better program like the examples that @TheHuskyK9 has given. Look into video tutorials on the tips and tricks you can do while using these programs.

Never lose hope in your drawings. You'd be surprised with the results.
