@ThatOneNerd: better change to a new email for your account here, and change your password to be safe. Can't rely on the old email to change passwords since whoever made that pixiv account knows it and could use it to get at you here.

I did change my password and I'll consider changing my email. I haven't seen anything go wrong so far and it seemed like just an early april fools prank, nothing has really happened since then. It was scary as fuck though.
