Well there is truth in that. Some things should be regulated. Why haven't it? Money.

@Syderen: But I thought tobacco naturally had tar in it? Isn't that why even rolling tobacco's bad for you?

@Syderen: It also damaged the soil rendering it impossible to grow most plants even when cycling what soil to use for what year. And you don't even get to choose not to have it. Being near someone who does can still hurt you, even if you don't smoke.
