Someone help! Thumbnails are big! How do I make them small by default!

Edit. Im a dumbass. There's an option in the settings.

Second edit. How do I get rid of the blur on the images now? Having them not be cropped only adds weird bars to the side and makes the issue kinda worse.

What setting? Why did it suddenly change? I miss the rows of 3.
