the only thinga that bump the pool is the pool itself being edited. this can be someone adding or removing a post (or attempting to add a post), modifying the order of the posts, changing the title, changing the description, changing the pool type, or changing the pool status. some of these will be shown/evident in the pool edit history, others will not.
