I remember our old analog TV that had lots of knick knacks over, behind, and beside it. It even has the fancy crochet on it!

Some of the greatest wonders of the modern age that could easily be taken for granted are the weight reduction and the slimmed down form of color TVs (hell, any digital and electrical appliance even). It is easy to carry and install, it also doesn't have the high pitched hum and skin-crackling static!

yes, but now I can't collect all the static off of the screen and direct it at some else's ear when they're not paying attention. so was it really an improvement?
