it's the title/ending theme from Happy Richie Osoji and that's the game's composer, Eishin Kawakami, playing it.

legitimately my favorite video game of all time and unlike FP;TRR there are no caveats _{(other than it not being officially localized)}. it's just a really fun game with a great story, great music, great everything.

if you want a little cozy action/adventure game about dealing with the death of a loved one I don't think you'll find one better.
