oh my god, dude; oh my fucking god, dude.

I've spent the last neigh on two decades thinking "man, it's really unfortunate that every pan I've ever used and/or bought always seems to always have liquids and oil pool to one side." and today when I was cooking I had just rotated the pan and noticed all the oil move from where it was and gather towards me/the front of the stove, I stopped for a second, rotated the pan 180° and then the oil moved from where it was in the pan to gather towards me/the front of the stove...

it's not the pans, the fucking stove is on a 5% grade and it's been like the whole time. I never even considered that as a possibility...

here's a fun activity when you got spare time 'round the house:

step 1: get a level (those fun sticks w/ bubbles in little capsules)
step 2: go around your living quarters & set your level on the floor to see how close to the center the bubble is between the lines, & take notes on the offsets
step 3: die from your newfound knowledge
