There actually was one case quite recently where artist who has contributor level on the site, decided to post human only artwork and their contributor level made it so it was autoapproved and thus not showing up in queue.
In these kind of cases, please be in contact with staff directly, as that's abuse of tools they have been given and may require other actions outside of just deleting the image.
If it hasn't been approved yet, someone will eventually get to the post and delete it accordingly. If the image was approved by someone and it's clearly something that's againts our human irrelevancy guideline, be in contact with the approver directly.
But like Siral said, if there's no option to flag image for something, don't. This is abuse of the flagging tools and can give your account records.
