Rachnera "Rachnee" Arachnera, ラクネラ・アラクネラ, Rakunera Arakunera

Rachnera is an arachne and the sixth girl to join the household in the mixed media series Monster Musume no Iru Nichijō.

Rachnera's experience in the human world was traumatic. As an arachne with a large spider-like lower body she was immediately the target of much fear and loathing. Her first host family abandoned her and the second host (who had illegally bought the hosting rights from the first) abused her. As such she became embittered and distrustful of humans and when she learned of Kimihito's kindness toward a variety of demihuman girls she sought to kidnap and disprove his kindness by revealing herself to him. However her plan fails, first when Kimihito is not "freaked out" by her spider body and then later by deflecting the MON arrest team while encouraging her to flee. Rachnera was later able to manipulate Ms. Smith (who as the Interspecies Coordinator had been quite negligent in her duties thus far) into assigning her to Kimihito's home as a guest. Rachnera, as an arachne, has a very low tolerance for coffee and caffeine (since spiders also suffer intoxication like effects from it) and enjoys ensnaring members of the house with her webs. The only one she can never seem to catch is Suu, who often counters these attempts with inappropriate sexually agressive attacks of her own.
