"Flies for smell" is a tag describing images or animations showing small flies flying around a character, a body part (penis, armpits...), or an object (trash, soiled diaper...).
Almost always drawn as tiny black dots with small wings, the flies are usually found on very smelly parts of a character's body.
They symbolize filth and poor hygiene: like a penis covered in smegma or just feces.
