A scenario in which one or more characters is lying under a blanket/sheet/cover that is covered in cum, which is lifted, making the cum drip down.
Generally the character(s) under the blanket are directly or implicitly inviting the viewer to join them under the blanket/sheet/cover, however this does not have to be true.
