Pepe Silvia is a meme template where one character is trying to frantically explain something to another (sometimes the viewer) while putting one of their hands on a conspiracy board with the other hand near their face (sometimes holding a cigarette). It is based on a screenshot from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, where Charlie tries to explain to Mac that the company they work for is a front because half of its employees don't exist. He is wrong of course, because he is overworked, stressed and hopped up on caffeine.
