Terra Tiggs is a recurring character in the animated and comic series Willie and Mike. She is Willie and Mike's homeroom history teacher.

She has taught for over 30 years and claims to have taught over a million kids. She's a disciplinarian who loves her students and makes sure they succeed academically. She was the acting principal at Willie and Mike's school before Elmore filled the position.

Terra is a German Shepherd who is 6 feet tall and is widowed with no children. She travels the world during the summers.
