Trans sexual dimorphism refers to instances of sexual dimorphism when the secondary sexual characteristics are emulated or artificially created, either through body modification, prosthetics, or cosmetics. This is usually to reflect a transgender identity, but in some cases can instead be a part of crossdressing efforts.
For the purposes of this tag, male-bodied characters (andromorph and maleherm) are considered "male" and female-bodied characters (gynomorph and herm) are considered "female".
