Breast shaking is the act of deliberately twisting one's torso from one side to the other in a repeated motion in an attempt to make their own breasts to sway from side to side via the laws of physics (as breasts on their own doesn't have muscles). The larger the breasts the more pronounced the sway. This action is typically done to entice, arouse, or tease onlookers or to just simply show off their breasts.
