A chastity cage that comes with a vibrator, is attached to the chastity cage, or a character is using a vibrator such as a hitachi magic wand on a chastity cage. A chastity cage is worn around the penis (testicles included in some scenarios) and may be used to prevent erections, masturbation, or to stop the wearer from being able to penetrate another character for example.
