Etrius vanRandr is a cybernetic white tiger chimera in the Sigma AU, standing 7'7" tall and weighing 585 lb. Originally a human soldier who developed brain cancer after a nuclear accident, he was kidnapped by a Soviet remnant scientist, Vladimir Petrovich, and transformed through brutal experimentation into a transhuman weapon built from animal parts and cybernetics​.

His new body includes owl eyes, a shark digestive tract, a horse heart, and synthetic skin over a tungsten carbide skeleton. His cybernetic arms are part of his frame, made from titanium and carbon fiber. Despite being powerful, he's sterile, and his semen is toxic to most life. His appearance is humanoid with white tiger fur and long black hair. He retains some of his military training and languages but has amnesia and suffers from blackouts.

Etrius's story centers on his rivalry with Ravenna Wildfire, a tyrant created from his DNA. He is repeatedly defeated, tortured, and even changed into a woman (Itreus) before finally killing her. The victory costs him everything, including his lover Julia. After being turned back into a man, he buries Petrovich and Julia, carries Petrovich’s journal, and tries to prevent future experimentation​.

He’s stoic, disciplined, and emotionally reserved, often hiding his pain. Despite his brutal design, Etrius acts with principle, using a plasma zweihander and custom M1911 for combat, and prefers speed and agility over armor​. His weaknesses include vulnerability to shrapnel, hyperfocus, and memory loss—especially during arousal​.
