Ilia Bluepaw is a genetically engineered panda-like anthro created by the Chinese government for military purposes in the Sigma AU. Born in a lab without suffering, her early life was stable until WWIII left her abandoned. Taken in by survivors, she later joined the PLA remnants due to her embedded IFF tag and overwhelming strength​.

She became a reliable frontline combatant, valued for her loyalty and protection of others. Despite limited language skills, she adapted through military jargon and gestures. Over time, however, war fatigue set in, and Ilia longed for purpose beyond conflict​.

Volunteering for a recon mission to the U.S., Ilia went AWOL and began wandering the cyberpunk ruins of post-apocalyptic America. There, she used her abilities to defend the innocent and punish oppressors, driven by a strong sense of morality and compassion​.

Though intimidating, she is kind, altruistic, and guided by a need to help. Her ongoing journey reflects her search for a true home and a better future, where her strength can be used to build rather than destroy​.
