Red Hot Chili Pepper (レッド・ホット・チリ・ペッパー) is the stand of wannabe rockstar Akira Otoishi, and featured in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable.

Red Hot Chili Pepper resembles a small anthropomorphic Pachycephalosaurus with a beak like mouth and helmet-like shell on his head with spines covering his body. He wears pants and pointed shoes and has his penis sticking out. He has a long and prehensile tail that is frequently depicted being plugged into electrical outlets. He is usually colored yellow or gold, colors often associated with lightning or electricity.

Red Hot Chili Pepper is a unique stand in the series, exhibiting characteristics of Close-Range Power-Type, Long-Range Manipulate-Type, and Bound Stands simultaneously. Red Hot Chili Pepper's body is made out of and empowered by Electricity. Because of this, Red Hot Chili Pepper needs electrical sources to exist. Red Hot Chili Pepper must stay close to an electrical source or outlet at all times. Akira can however take advantage of this by placing his stand inside of portable batteries or the batteries of vehicles like motorcycles or Toy RC Airplanes to artificially increase his Stand's Range. When connected directly to his city's power grid, Red Hot Chili Pepper can travel anywhere in the city as fast as lightning and can even bring other objects and people into the electrical grid with him, though for most living people this will result in their death. When, he is fully charged, Red Hot Chili Pepper's Speed and strength far surpasses that of any close range power stand, and he is shown able to dismember someone with just his pinky finger. However, because Red Hot Chili Pepper is dependent on electricity, separating him from any power sources, dropping him in a body of water that disperses electricity, or placing him inside of an object that does not conduct electricity like a tire will render him powerless.
