When foreskin is drawn with realistic or increased detail, especially when more accentuated compared to the rest of the image.
this is most notably then individual structures are noticeable, or when the folds are uneven and reflect how they would appear with those structures, IE. 5450607 or 1607915
This does not include when lines or basic folds without further detail are added. 5418949 and 5239041 are good examples of what would not be considered detailed.
