Theophania "Tiff" Rosé is a character created by DiplomatReal to serve as a foil and rival to Mono, their Mawile character. She is similar to a typical Tinkaton but with larger assets, a more shortstack-esque build, and wielding a hammer made from a car engine rather than the shattered armor pieces of typical Tinkaton armaments.
