MOKURI project is a character project planned & produced by Mika Sawae (Hikky inc.), character designed by Akihito Tsukushi (known as the author of Made in Abyss), supervising producer by Yoshitada Fukuhara (known as the producer of the first anime series of Kemono Friends and Kemurikusa). The project involves the distribution and sale of VRchat models and the production of animations, centred on the main character "Mokuri".

As the "races" in the project's world, the VRchat models, such as Lesser Mokuri, are allowed to be freely modified, and the project's website presents a number of the models consumers have modified.
