Ryuji Kaiyo is an anthro Machoke character owned by Sweettooth5505. He has dark gray skin, like Machoke's design in earlier generations.

Ryuji is married to Flint Steel, although sometimes the two are drawn back when they were dating. Ryuji has a smaller penis than Flint, and Flint likes to tease him about it. He is self-conscious about this, and has on occasion stuffed his thong to make himself appear bigger, but he is gaining more confidence. Ryuji has a big butt and usually bottoms, but will sometimes top or at least dom. He has a tan line of his signature thong on his butt. Originally, Ryuji's design was that of a standard Machoke, but he now has a relatively small penis, barbell piercings in both nipples, sunglasses he wears on his forehead, and he is physically smaller than his husband. Both Flint and Ryuji have been shown to be capable of lactating.

Ryuji also has a humanized alternate universe form. He is a tan-skinned human with brown hair, blonde highlights in the front, and a full beard, and has the same sunglasses, musculature, piercings, and penis size as his regular form. Human Ryuji likes to do sexy photoshoots with Darius.

Ryuji loves surfing and owns a surf shop, which Flint sometimes visits. Canonically, Ryuji is always properly clothed and does not have sex while surfing, as it would be dangerous to do otherwise, but he might be drawn so anyway and the character owner will state that those drawings are not canon. Additionally, Ryuji and Flint work part-time as dancers at a strip club called Dee N' Ay, and can be hired for private shows, either separately or together. They enjoy intercourse with each other and with close friends, such as Darius and Draycos.
