Talulah Tailwind, who usually goes by the nickname "Tizzy", is a major character in Amialido Amdodo. She's a tree squirrel who's the resident mechanic for the town of Shellington Grove. She's eccentric, easily-distracted, incorrigibly flirty, and very, very pansexual.

Narratively speaking, she wasn't originally part of the in-universe Amialido Amdodo IP. She had her own series of theatrical gag cartoons, Tinkering Tizzy, which were not well-received and only lasted four shorts released in 1930 and 1931. Cartoonist Charles Blue was still only just learning, and Tizzy was his first project. The biggest issue with the shorts was Tizzy herself; she often acted recklessly, endangering others and using her flirtatiousness to escape consequences.

Noel E Wahl realized that Tizzy had meant a lot to Blue, and offered her a place in his own flagship Amialido Amdodo cartoons. 1933's "Amialido Amdodo and Tinkering Tizzy in: Model Terror" had her moving to Shellington Grove with Amialido as her first customer. He wanted her to fix his flat tire, but she was more interested in experimenting. It soon became clear, however, that this world didn't work like the one she was used to. Her lack of professionalism and disregard for others pushed even the gentle Amialido's near-limitless patience to its breaking point, her flirting only made him uncomfortable instead of endearing him to her, and a mishap resulting in her being injured in a way she couldn't merely get up from. When Amialido visited her in the hospital, having not yet forgiven her but being concerned for her safety, it became clear how out of her element she was; because everything always worked out in her world with all harm resetting, it had never occurred to her that she might actually be hurting anyone before. Because before, she wasn't. Overall, "Model Terror" was a deconstruction of Tizzy's problems that the audience had with her, and was an exercise in Blue taking criticism, and it was clear that both Blue and Tizzy had learned their lesson. After that, she became a permanent member of the Amialido Amdodo cast.
