Zerosuit Fox refers to a fan-created design of the Star Fox character Fox McCloud, originally drawn by the artist acstlu. She is a gender swapped, female version of Fox who wears the skintight blue Zero Suit, famously worn by Samus from the Metroid series.
While acstlu's gender swapped design is commonly drawn by other artists, any depiction of Fox McCloud in a Zero Suit can have this tag applied, even if Fox is depicted as male.
