Lusamine (ルザミーネ Ruzamīne) is the main antagonist of Pokémon Sun & Moon and the president of the Aether Foundation. She is the wife of Mohn with whom she had their son Gladion and daughter Lillie, though her children have estranged themselves from her by the start of the games owing to a descent of controlling and abusive behavior towards them following the disappearance of her husband.

Lusamine is obsessed with beauty, and grew particularly obsessed with the Ultra Beast Nihilego, which she considers the most beautiful thing in existence. She is a human Pokémon trainer who favors cute and beautiful pokemon like Clefable, Lilligant, and Milotic.

For the final battle against Lusamine, she fuses with a Nihilego, creating an alternate form known as the Mother Beast.
