• severed_head - A non-detachable head that has nevertheless been forcibly removed from the rest of the body.
• disembodied_head - When only the head is seen, but rest of the body is implied to exist.

A rare condition in which, for whatever reason, a character can remove (and usually replace) their own head without dying.
