A diaper corset is a fictional type of diaper that covers the entire torso (or just above the chest) of the body.

They are designed to look or act sort of like a corset, hence the name. (Though they usually cover the whole torso, not just below the upper chest)

The adsorbent and cushiony part of the diaper corset runs all the way up the length of the back and front of the diaper corset, allowing for a much larger liquid capacity. (This is important as this is what makes an actual diaper corset.)

  • Content with diaper corsets should at the minimum be rated Questionable as they are a fetishized implement.
  • Depictions of soiling or wetting involving diapers in all cases should be rated Explicit.
