Explicit Tag
See Help: Ratings for more info.

The Corpus Spongiosum is a spongy, vascular structure that runs along the underside of the penis shaft, surrounding the urethra and extending into the glans. Its primary function is to prevent the urethra from being compressed during erection, allowing the passage of genital fluids.

This entry is for informational purposes only and is not meant to be a general-use tag. However, it may be used in cases where the Corpus Spongiosum is explicitly affected by mutilation or modification.

Tagging Guidelines

✅ Use this tag alongside mutilation when:
  • The Corpus Spongiosum is the direct focus of the mutilation, such as in surgical modification, removal, or damage.
  • The depiction shows a detailed internal view where the Corpus Spongiosum is altered.
❌ Do NOT use this tag when:
  • The Corpus Spongiosum is simply visible but not affected by any modification or injury. Use shaft divide instead for detailed, non-altered depictions.
  • The image depicts general genital mutilation without a clear focus on the Corpus Spongiosum. Use mutilation instead.
