inbred child
A character whose parents are biologically related to one another. The offspring of an incestious relationship otherwise known as inbreeding.
Labeling and Categorization
Categorizing and labeling such a family member and placing them on a family tree can be confusing as an inbred child can't simply be labeled as just a son or a daughter as they are also something else such as a cousin, a niece or a nephew. This escalates further once multiple generations of inbreeding is involved.
