An unnamed hellhound woman who appears in season 2, episode 2 of Helluva Boss, "Seeing Stars." She is credited in the episode as, "Saggy Hellhound Lady," and was voiced by Monica Franco. She is the matron of the hellhound adoption center where Loona lived until she was adopted by Blitzø. She doesn't think highly about the hellhound children under her care, especially Loona who she sees as a burden and couldn't wait for her to age out of the system.

She looks like an anthropomorphic Great Dane, but has a rotund body type. In the episode, she wore a dark grey turtleneck, black skirt, and high-heeled shoes, with a pearl necklace, horn-rimmed glasses, red lipstick and teal eyeshadow. Her wrinkles and short white hair resemble that of an old lady. She speaks in a low nasally monotone voice.
