An orgasm is the release/climax of building sexual excitement and/or tension, characterized by feelings of pleasure in the genitals. With this, an ejaculatory response or spray of genital fluids often occurs, wherein said fluids are expelled from the penis, the pussy, or the cloaca.

Note that, while often occurring together, an orgasm does not always come with an ejaculation. This is seen often in dry orgasms or in some forms of unpleasurable ejaculatory situations such as unwanted or premature ejaculation.
