dead eyes
When a character's eyes are drawn in such a way as to imply that their owner is dead and gone. Often, this is done by drawing them with dilated pupils and a blank stare. Additionally, if a character is depicted with glistening eyes, their eyes may lose their reflective sheen upon death.
